Clients are responsible for reviewing documents for accuracy before signing, filing, or authorizing submission.

Fees will generally be communicated before services are performed.

Government filing fees, application fees, third-party charges, postage, technology fees, or other external costs may be separate from Yanz Business Solutions' professional service fees when legally permissible and applicable to the particular service.

Payment may be required before work begins or before completed documents are released.

Notarial fees will be charged in accordance with applicable New York law.

Because many services involve professional time, document preparation, research, administrative processing, or third-party expenses, fees may become nonrefundable once work has begun.

Any cancellation or refund eligibility will depend on the particular service, the amount of work already performed, and any nonrefundable third-party or government charges.

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments on time and having all required documents and identification available.

Remote Online Notary appointments may require a compatible device, internet access, camera and microphone, acceptable identification, and successful completion of legally required identity-verification procedures.

Scheduling an appointment does not guarantee that a document can legally or appropriately be notarized.

Yanz Business Solutions does not guarantee approval or acceptance of any application, registration, tax filing, government filing, immigration submission, business filing, notarized document, or other transaction by a government agency, financial institution, court, recipient, or other third party.

Decisions made by government agencies and other third parties are outside the control of Yanz Business Solutions.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Yanz Business Solutions name, logo, website design, graphics, written materials, and original content are the property of Yanz Business Solutions and may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without authorization.

Yanz Business Solutions may use or provide access to third-party platforms for payment processing, scheduling, electronic notarization, document transmission, identity verification, tax preparation, or other services.

Use of those platforms may also be subject to the provider's terms, privacy policies, and requirements.

Remote Online Notarization is performed in accordance with applicable New York requirements and may require identity verification and audio-video communication technology.

Tax services are based on information and documentation provided by the client.

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information and reviewing their tax documents before authorizing filing.

Tax laws and filing requirements vary according to individual circumstances. No particular refund, tax liability, audit result, or other tax outcome is guaranteed.

Bookkeeping services are intended to assist clients with maintaining and organizing financial records.

Bookkeeping services do not constitute an audit, review, compilation, or other assurance engagement unless specifically agreed upon and the provider is appropriately qualified to perform such services.

Clients remain responsible for their business transactions, financial decisions, supporting documentation, and the completeness and accuracy of information provided.

Yanz Business Solutions may assist with preparing and submitting business registration and administrative documents based upon information and instructions supplied by clients.

Business formation assistance does not constitute legal advice. We do not determine which business entity, ownership structure, tax election, contract provision, or legal strategy is appropriate for a client.
